Kylie Jenner’s net worth is estimated at $670 million as of October 2026, a figure built mostly on Kylie Cosmetics, the lip kit business she started at 18 and sold a 51% stake in to beauty giant Coty for $600 million. The youngest of the Kardashian and Jenner siblings, born August 10, 1997, in Los Angeles, has since added a fashion label, Khy, a drinks company, Sprinter, and a continuing role on Hulu’s The Kardashians.
Few celebrity fortunes have been argued over as publicly as Jenner’s. Forbes called her the youngest self-made billionaire in 2019, then withdrew the title in 2020 after Coty’s filings showed Kylie Cosmetics was much smaller than the family had said. Our figure follows Forbes’ most recent valuation, and the Radar Readout below shows each published estimate and how the money breaks down.

Sources and how we estimated this
Our headline follows Forbes' $670 million figure from its June 2025 list of America's richest self-made women, the most recent independently reported valuation. The split shows Forbes' 2020 estimate of what she kept after tax from the Coty sale, with everything else (her roughly 44% stake, newer brands and real estate) as the remainder, so it is our breakdown, not one Forbes published. How Kylie Jenner’s $670 Million Net Worth Is Built
Forbes does not publish a line-by-line breakdown of Jenner’s fortune, so the split below is ours. It starts from what Forbes said in 2020 she kept after tax from the Coty sale and treats everything else in its $670 million figure as the remainder.
| Component | Central value | Range |
|---|---|---|
| After-tax proceeds from the Coty sale (Forbes’ 2020 estimate) | $340 million | $300 million to $380 million |
| Remaining 44% of Kylie Cosmetics, Khy, Sprinter, real estate and other assets | $330 million | $270 million to $380 million |
| Total | $670 million | $570 million to $760 million |
The cash line is the more solid of the two. Forbes’ profile says she pocketed some $540 million before tax when the Coty deal closed, and its May 2020 investigation estimated that came to about $340 million after taxes. The second line is harder to pin down. Her remaining stake is worth whatever Kylie Cosmetics is worth today, and neither Coty nor Jenner has put a current price on it. That is why our range runs about $100 million either side of the headline.
Kylie Cosmetics: From Lip Kits to a $1.2 Billion Valuation
Jenner put $250,000 of her own modeling earnings into the first run of 15,000 Kylie Lip Kits, a liquid lipstick and liner set that went on sale on November 30, 2015. The company was produced with Seed Beauty and renamed Kylie Cosmetics in February 2016, when production rose to 500,000 kits. Her Forbes profile credits social media for the launch, quoting her: “I had such a strong reach before I was able to start anything.”
The brand grew from online drops into retail, landing in Ulta stores in November 2018. It added skin care with Kylie Skin on May 22, 2019, followed by Kylie Swim and the infant line Kylie Baby in September 2021. In January 2022 she became the first woman to reach 300 million Instagram followers.
On November 18, 2019, Coty announced it would buy 51% of the business, including Kylie Cosmetics and Kylie Skin, for $600 million. The price valued the whole company at about $1.2 billion, and the sale closed in January 2020. Coty, whose brands include CoverGirl, Rimmel and Max Factor, took control, while Jenner kept a large minority stake.
Forbes and the Billionaire Title That Wasn’t
Jenner’s net worth story is tied to Forbes more than any other outlet. In July 2018, the magazine put her on its cover with an estimated $900 million fortune and said she was on track to become the youngest self-made billionaire. In March 2019, it made that official, valuing her at $1 billion at age 21, ahead of Mark Zuckerberg, who reached the mark at 23. At the time, the BBC reported Kylie Cosmetics was credited with about $360 million in 2018 sales.
The Coty deal changed that picture. Public filings tied to the sale suggested Kylie Cosmetics had about $125 million in 2018 revenue, far below the more than $300 million the family had claimed, and about $177 million in the 12 months before the deal. Profit margins also looked lower than Forbes had assumed. On May 29, 2020, Forbes published an investigation concluding she was not a billionaire, estimated her net worth at just under $900 million, and alleged the family had shown it tax returns that were likely forged. Jenner denied the claims, and her representatives called them false.
Forbes has kept cutting the number since. Its October 2020 list of the richest self-made women put her at $700 million, and its June 2025 edition of America’s Richest Self-Made Women valued her at $670 million, ranking her No. 52. Forbes also estimates she owns about 44% of Kylie Cosmetics rather than the 49% that might be expected, because a trust linked to her mother, Kris Jenner, may hold part of the remaining interest.
Khy and Sprinter: The Newer Bets
Jenner launched Khy, her own fashion label, in late 2023. It was announced on October 25 and opened for sales on November 1 at khy.com, with Kris Jenner and Jens and Emma Grede of Popular Culture as partners. The idea was a run of numbered drops made with guest designers. The first, with Berlin label Namilia, was a 12-piece collection, and the faux leather pieces worn at its launch ranged from $78 to $148. Later drops included puffers with Entire Studios and, in September 2024, a 12th drop with Antonin Tron of the Paris label Atlein, priced from $88 to $198. Khy’s own site now lists Jenner as creative director, with pieces such as a $575 mini dress and $490 studded carpenter pants.
In 2024 she also moved into drinks with Sprinter, a canned cocktail brand. The company’s website now leads to k2o, a hydration mix it describes as founded by Jenner and sold at Walmart. We found no reported sales figures for either brand, so they sit inside the remainder line of our breakdown rather than adding a separate value.
The Kardashians, Keeping Up and Reality TV Income
Jenner was 10 years old when Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered on E! in October 2007, and she remained in the main cast until the show ended after 20 seasons in 2021. She also led her own E! spinoff, Life of Kylie, which premiered in August 2017 and ran for eight episodes.
In December 2020 the family signed a multi-year exclusive content deal with Hulu, announced at Disney’s investor presentation. The result, The Kardashians, premiered on April 14, 2022, on Hulu in the United States and on Disney+ in many other countries. Seven seasons and 70 episodes had aired by late 2025, with season 7 starting on October 23, 2025, and Hulu has since released the trailer for season 8. The value of the Hulu deal has not been disclosed, so we do not count a separate TV figure.
Reality TV also feeds her other income. Celebrity Net Worth reports she has earned millions from reality TV and that she can command close to $2 million for a single sponsored Instagram post. She has also branched into acting, making her debut in The Moment, the 2026 A24 film produced by Charli XCX, and appeared in an Alo campaign in August 2026.
Kylie Jenner’s Real Estate
She has also spent heavily on Southern California property. According to Celebrity Net Worth, her purchases include:
- A Holmby Hills estate bought for $36.5 million in April 2020.
- A vacant lot in Hidden Hills bought for $15 million in May 2020.
- A 13,000 square foot Hidden Hills home bought for $12 million in 2016 and listed for $20.25 million in March 2026.
- A Beverly Hills home bought with Travis Scott for $13.45 million in October 2018, listed in October 2022 for just under $22 million.
Those homes sit inside the remainder line of our breakdown.
Why Other Sites Say $700 Million
| Source | Figure | Date | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forbes | $1 billion | March 2019 | Named youngest self-made billionaire; later withdrawn |
| Forbes | Just under $900 million | May 2020 | Revised after Coty’s filings |
| Forbes | $700 million | October 2020 | Richest self-made women list |
| Forbes | $670 million | June 2025 | America’s Richest Self-Made Women, No. 52 |
| Celebrity Net Worth | $700 million | March 2026 | Its own milestone table also lists $670 million |
| Net Worth Radar | $670 million | October 2026 | Follows Forbes, range $570 million to $760 million |
The gap is small. Celebrity Net Worth headlines $700 million, but the same page lists $670 million as her current valuation, matching Forbes. Older articles that still say $1 billion or $900 million are repeating figures Forbes itself has withdrawn.
