Kim Kardashian’s net worth is estimated at $1.9 billion as of October 2026, according to Forbes’ real-time tracking, which lists her source of wealth as shapewear and skincare. Most of that fortune sits in SKIMS, the shapewear and apparel company she cofounded in 2019, which raised $225 million at a $5 billion valuation in November 2025. Reality TV, endorsements, a beauty brand she sold a slice of to Coty, and a newer acting career on Hulu make up the rest.
Estimates for Kardashian are closer together than for most celebrities, because Forbes has tracked her as a billionaire since 2021. The differences come down to how much of SKIMS she owns and what a private company is really worth. The Radar Readout below shows the published figures side by side and how her SKIMS stake accounts for most of the $1.9 billion.

Sources and how we estimated this
Our headline follows Forbes' real-time figure of $1.9 billion. Forbes does not publish a breakdown, so we value her SKIMS stake at the 35% Fortune reported, applied to the $5 billion valuation from the November 2025 funding round, and treat the rest of Forbes' figure as cash, real estate, SKKN and other investments. The range allows for a discount on a private company and for the higher SKIMS share some sites assume. How we fact-check

How Kim Kardashian’s $1.9 Billion Net Worth Is Built
Forbes publishes the total but not a breakdown, so the split below is our own reading of the reported numbers. The two lanes match the widget and add up exactly to $1.9 billion.
| Lane | Our central value | Likely range | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| SKIMS stake | $1.75 billion | $1.6 billion to $1.9 billion | 35% stake reported by Fortune, applied to the $5 billion valuation from November 2025 |
| Cash, homes, SKKN and other holdings | $150 million | $100 million to $300 million | The rest of Forbes’ figure: years of TV and endorsement income, real estate, her skincare brand and investments |
| Total | $1.9 billion | $1.7 billion to $2.2 billion | Forbes real-time estimate, October 2026 |
The low end of the range allows for a discount on a stake in a private company that has not sold shares on a public market. The high end allows for the larger SKIMS share some estimate sites assume and for property and cash that Forbes may value conservatively.
SKIMS: The Company Behind the Billion
Kardashian cofounded SKIMS with Jens Grede in 2019, with Emma Grede as a founding partner. The brand launched as Kimono, was renamed after criticism of the name, and went on sale in September 2019. It started with shapewear and has since expanded well beyond it, including an activewear line with Nike.
Its valuation has climbed with each funding round:
- April 2021: more than $1.6 billion
- January 2022: $3.2 billion
- July 2023: $4 billion, after a $270 million Series C led by Wellington Management
- November 2025: $5 billion, after a $225 million round led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives
Sales have grown alongside it. Fortune reported about $500 million in 2022 and about $750 million in 2023, the year the company became profitable, and the Los Angeles Times put 2024 net sales at around $1 billion. SKIMS has also become a physical retailer, with a Fifth Avenue flagship in New York, a Sunset Strip flagship in Los Angeles and, as Fortune reported in late 2025, plans for stores on London’s Regent Street and in Dubai by mid-2026.
Fortune reported in November 2025 that Kardashian owns 35% of the company and that this stake largely drives her net worth. At the $5 billion valuation, 35% works out to $1.75 billion, which is why SKIMS accounts for more than 90% of our breakdown.
Nike x SKIMS and the Sports Push
In February 2025, SKIMS announced NikeSkims, a women’s activewear line created as a joint brand with Nike. It followed a run of sports deals that raised the brand’s profile: SKIMS has dressed Team USA at several Olympic and Paralympic Games, and in 2023 it became the official underwear partner of the NBA, WNBA and USA Basketball. Neither SKIMS nor Nike has published sales figures for the line, so we do not assign it a separate value.
KKW Beauty, Coty and SKKN BY KIM
Before SKIMS, Kardashian’s biggest business was KKW Beauty, which she launched in 2017 alongside KKW Fragrance. In 2020, beauty giant Coty paid $200 million for a 20% stake, a deal that valued KKW Beauty at $1 billion. Forbes valued her remaining 72% at about $500 million when it first named her a billionaire in April 2021, calling the Coty price “a little bloated.”
That Forbes calculation also put her SKIMS stake at a conservative $225 million at the time, and together the two companies made up most of the $1 billion it credited her with. Kardashian later wound down KKW Beauty and replaced it with SKKN BY KIM, a skincare line launched in 2022. No sale price or valuation has been published for SKKN, so it sits inside our “other holdings” lane.
Reality TV: From E! to The Kardashians on Hulu
Kardashian became famous through Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which ran on E! from October 2007 to June 2021 across 294 episodes. In 2012, E! renewed the show for two more seasons in a deal reported to be worth $50 million. Her peak earning years came from combining the show with endorsements and other ventures; Forbes counted $72 million in earnings for her in 2019, her highest annual total on the Celebrity 100.
In December 2020, the Kardashian and Jenner family signed a multiyear exclusive global content deal with Hulu. No dollar value for the deal appears in the sources we checked, so we do not quote one. The Kardashians premiered on April 14, 2022, and has run for seven seasons. In November 2023, Disney CEO Bob Iger said it was the most watched unscripted series in Hulu’s history, and Hulu has since released a trailer for an eighth season.
The Mobile Game and Social Media Income
Her 2014 mobile game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, earned $1.6 million in its first five days and was the fifth highest-earning game on Apple’s App Store that July. Forbes said the game helped her earn $51 million in 2016. Celebrity Net Worth estimates she has been paid $300,000 to $500,000 per sponsored Instagram post, though those rates are not confirmed by her or by brands.
All’s Fair and Kim Kardashian’s Acting Career
After a run on the twelfth season of American Horror Story from 2023 to 2024, Kardashian reteamed with Ryan Murphy for All’s Fair, a Hulu legal drama about a firm of female divorce lawyers. She stars as Allura Grant and is an executive producer, alongside a cast that includes Naomi Watts, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson and Glenn Close.
The show premiered on November 4, 2025, on a reported season one budget of $69.7 million, helped by $14.1 million in California tax credits. Critics were harsh, with a 6% score on Rotten Tomatoes, but audiences tuned in: it drew about 3.2 million viewers globally in its first three days, Hulu’s most watched original scripted premiere in three years, and its trailer racked up 57.3 million views in 24 hours. Hulu renewed it for a second season, which premieres on November 4, 2026, with three episodes.
Her salary for All’s Fair has not been reported. She is also attached to produce and star in an Amazon MGM thriller and, as of June 2025, was in talks for a role in Amazon MGM’s live-action Bratz film.
Real Estate, Investing and Law
Kardashian’s property holdings are a meaningful part of the non-SKIMS lane. Celebrity Net Worth reports that she paid $23 million in 2021 to buy out Kanye West’s share of their Hidden Hills home and spent $70 million on a Malibu estate in 2022. In 2022 she also cofounded the private equity firm SKKY Partners with a former Carlyle Group partner, then stepped back from the managing partner role in December 2024 to become a senior operating advisor.
Outside business, she has spent years studying law through a California apprenticeship. She passed the “baby bar” in December 2021 on her fourth attempt, completed the four-year apprenticeship in 2025, and said in November 2025 that she had not passed her first attempt at the California Bar Exam.
Why Other Sites Say $2 Billion
| Source | Figure | Date | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forbes real-time | $1.9 billion | October 2026 | Our headline figure |
| Celebrity Net Worth | $2 billion | February 2026 | Values her SKIMS stake at one third of $5 billion, about $1.67 billion |
| Forbes (cited by Fortune) | $1.7 billion | November 2025 | Before the latest rise on Forbes’ tracker |
| Forbes billionaires debut | $1 billion | April 2021 | KKW Beauty and SKIMS stakes made up most of it |
The current estimates differ by only about $100 million. Celebrity Net Worth rounds to $2 billion and assumes a one-third SKIMS stake, while Forbes uses its own valuation of her holdings. The bigger change is over time: her fortune has nearly doubled since 2021, almost entirely because SKIMS kept raising money at higher valuations.
