Stallone’s property sits on 3.5 acres and resides in the same neighborhood where Mark Wahlberg, Denzel Washington, and other famous actors live. Stallone attempted to sell his long-time home in January 2021 for $130 million. In August 2021, he placed the home on the market for a much lower cost of $85 million. Finally, in 2021 he sold the home to singer Adele for $58 million.

Stallone also owned a vacation home in La Quinta, California which he bought in January 2010 for $4.5 million. In May 2020, he sold the home for $3.1 million, taking a $1.4 million loss on the property.

In December 2020, Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, purchased a home in Palm Beach, Florida, for $35.4 million. The home was purchased by its previous owner in 2018 for just $26 million.

Finally, in February 2022, Stallone purchased a Hidden Hills, California property that sits on 2.26 acres. The home in California cost $18.2 million.
